COMPANY HISTORY
In business since 1995 with original owners, Mr. Dean Bishop and Mr. Seth (Robbie) Robinson. Mr. Phillip Earlywine and Mr. Andy Senese, who had been an employee of All Pest, teamed up with Mr. Phillip Earlywine to purchase the business in 2003
We have continued to grow, at a steady rate, every year of business, with personal attention to every customer.
Locally-owned and operated, All Pest Exterminating is dedicated to serving the community with quality pest control at an affordable price.
We follow our “Small Business” sense of pride to treat each customer as our only customer.

Phil Earlywine
Married my high school sweetheart, Laura, in 1989. I have 2 daughters, Elly and Erin, Both girls have graduated College and Elly is currently in Grad school. I enjoy playing Golf, bowling, and playing horseshoes. I have been bowling in a league since 5th Grade. I am a member of the Elks country club since “2000”. I am an active member of the Richmond Kiwanis Club enjoying volunteering and raising money for the Kiwanis, who gives back to the children of the community, through the In-Concert Series of Richmond.
